With over a decade of experience at the intersection of land, law, and energy, TJ brings a rare combination of legal precision and industry fluency to every project. She has led complex site control negotiations for energy and real estate developments across the country, representing some of the nation’s most prominent clean energy companies and developers.

Prior to launching BrisolRE, Tricia practiced as a renewable energy attorney at major law firms and served as in-house counsel for developers, giving her a deep understanding of both transactional and operational needs. Her work is distinguished by a pragmatic, deal-forward approach—streamlining legal processes while protecting long-term project viability.

TJ is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Concentration in Politics from the University of Texas . She is licensed to practice in Texas; Florida license pending.
